PGA Tour Strengthens Senior Leadership Team to Support Long-Term Growth and Innovation

PGA Tour announces membership criteria and eligibility for new competitive structure
The PGA Tour today announced membership categories for the PGA Tour Championship Series and eligibility for the PGA Tour Challenger Series, which will replace the Tour’s current competitive system beginning in 2028. Additionally, the PGA Tour Boards approved eligibility for a “last chance” series, a new PGA Tour Championship Series points system, and performance benefits for the 2027 season that will determine membership composition for the 2028 season.

PGA TOUR Announces Season-Ending Structure for PGA TOUR Championship Series
The PGA TOUR today announced details for the season-ending structure of its new competitive model, which will be implemented in 2028. Building on the recommendations approved by the PGA TOUR Boards in June, the new season-ending stretch will introduce a clearer and more consequential finish to the PGA TOUR Championship Series, culminating with a two-week TOUR Championship featuring the world’s best players competing in match play at rotating, prestigious venues.

Coca-Cola continues partnership with PGA TOUR on HBCU Golf Impact Grant
The PGA TOUR and The Coca-Cola Company announced today the proud continuation of the HBCU Golf Impact Grant program. Returning for a second year, the HBCU Golf Impact Grant program provides critical funding and support to both men’s and women’s golf teams at Historically Black Colleges and Universities that are partnered with Coca-Cola and aligned with its “The World is My Yard” platform.
